1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services, website, and digital products provided by Bayobio Digital (“Bayobio”, “we”, “us”), a brand of Jobfew InfoTech, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Scope of Services

Bayobio Digital provides full-lifecycle digital product development, custom web engineering, enterprise cloud solutions, UI/UX architecture, and digital growth consultancy. Specific deliverables, sprint schedules, milestones, and technical requirements are governed by written project agreements and Statements of Work (SOW).

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon receipt of full payment for contracted services, all custom source code, designs, and intellectual property developed specifically for the client as agreed under the SOW shall transfer to the client. Bayobio retains rights to its pre-existing frameworks, developer tooling, and reusable component libraries.

4. Client Obligations & Confidentiality

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, required project assets, and necessary access to third-party services. Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary business information, technical architectures, and financial data exchanged during the engagement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bayobio Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our deliverables, software, or third-party cloud infrastructure.
